Dash lights stay on

I posted earlier but it's not showing up so posting again... 1985 digital dash and when voltage at normal lights are off but when slowly driving or "normal" driving the lights are on. Some have said alternator but it's 4 months old.

Pull the alternator and have it tested at the parts store.
