I did a left turn and my front speakers went static and no longer work. Any suggestions?

Take your door panel off and check the speaker out. Possibly the speaker connection has wriggled loose from the speaker. Not much else to suggest, that would be the first step. Do all the others work without any noise interference?

I don't have rear speakers and the subs still thump, both fronts don't work which is what threw me off a lot

It pretty hard to tell whats wrong over the internet. Obviously some wiring has lost contact. Take that shit apart and look.
