Can anyone shine some light on the idea

does anyone have an idea where i should start searching or working on, i would like to run a 350z 6spd on my vg30et.
I know the later 350z transmissions held alot of power. I do know they have been ran on a couple z32s out there with an adaptor plate, but never seen the actual post either. ANY help or ideas will be great. Keep the negative comments to your self.

Whatever you find for the z32 will work for the z31 with the addition of a custom flywheel, shifter assembly, driveshaft, etc.
