No thread history?

I am assuming this is not a global issue as there is no post about it yet. In many of the sub forums there is only 1 or 2 threads showing. More than half of the subject forums have less than 10 threads. What is going on?

The forum is being restructured. Alex and other mods are moving the content around so its categorized in a more user friendly fashion.
