Start with your exhaust system, you'll want 3" mandrel bent from the turbo. Since you already have the 60mm tb then you might want to look at gutted intakes, http://www.redz31.com/turbofaq/mod.plenum.html

Then you can start looking at intercoolers and fuel!

Keep in mind these are in no real order, Jason's turbo faq has a good recommended order for mods though.

Why do people buy 60mm TB's

The better question, why are people buying them @ 60-80$ on eBay. These things are a dime a dozen in junkyards.

              Injectors: ~300-400$
              Turbo: ~500-1000$
              Intercooler: ~300-1000$
              IC Piping: ~100-200$
              Fuel Pump: ~100-200$
Certified Muffler 3" turbo back: ~500-700$
              Knowledge: out of stock

Depends on where you get your stuff. eBay is a good place but can often lead to sellers who lie and cheat you out of stuff (i've had several instances with eBay go wrong)

Ebay intercoolers can be had for about 2-300$, piping for an extra 100 or so. I wouldn't get a turbo from eBay, too many scammers trying to make a quick buck - not worth your time, they're all lying.

Those 255lph or whatever fuel pumps can be had on eBay for 100$ or so...

              Exhaust: http://www.certifiedmuffler.com

Get yourself a good translator and read just about every document on http://www.redz31.com...

              good luck!

your English is better than my French, Spanish, Italian, German etc. I'd bet that you know a little of all these languages, so more power to you, literally.

Certified Muffler is a company. A "3 inch Turbo Back" is all the exhaust piping from the turbo, to the rear of the car. It's 3 inches in diameter. Includes Downpipe, Catalytic converter, and muffler. It's rather expensive.

If you get larger injectors, you WILL have to retune the ecu for them, which is a pain if you have no idea what you're doing. I bought some injectors a while back for 85$, then resold them for 200$ because i didn't want to mess with tuning my ECU. Profit!

thanks to you,ok for certified mufler,i know.
the injectors and to adjust the ECU are the operations which me make me most fear the running melange air fuel does not owe be easy, needs that I find a garage which likes Zcar.
benz tech, thanks but i don't speak spanish, italian, and german...The only one whom I know little is English because in France the first foreign language teach to school is English.

Buying CM exhaust and importing that to France does not sound smart. I would be that France have few shops that can fabricate 3" exhaust.

kriss Z89T: Does your car have catalytic converter?

Not all european countrys have cat's in Z31. Only few unlucky..

I'm not 100% sure if ALL European did have, but atlease in Germany and Finland all Z31 were with T3 turbos.
If you have T3 it is easy to change T3/T4 hybrid.
