transmission switch question

hah. i own both now, since the parts car had a chilton in the back. I didn't know that kind of info was in there... Do i look in the back with the wiring diagrams i guess. Meh. i'll find it now that i know where to look. Thank you.

This is a time when that trusty FSM or haynes manual (one of which you should own) would be of help. I forget which is which off hand.

Okay, so i've managed to find the wires I need to hook to the two switches (reverse/nuetral) on my 30a. Which switch is which? I'm guessing I'd confuse people if I had to start in reverse and my backup lights come on every time I'm sitting in nuetral at a stoplight...

I tried to figure it out with a multi-meter, but that got me nowhere since I don't have the shifter in the gearbox yet...
