I've got a GFB blow off valve, they're excellent! They have some of the best service around too and they're an Australian company. I had an issue with mine not opening up properly after the intercooler install, and I called them up and spoke to the actual owner for a good 20 minutes about turbos in general after first solving my problem!

wastegate- Controls boost

BOV- keeps the turbo spooled by letting the compressed air go somewhere. Because when you close the throtle the tb is shut and the air would just back up into the turbo.
