This was ONLY in regards to the Syntec full synthetic, not their conventional oils.

so do you think thier syntic blend is alright?

mine does have lifter noise when i first start it up. i think its mostly due to the oil filter bleeding off. i have been using motorcraft oil filters on it. i might have to switch to napa filters for it. i like the motorcrafts because they hold a little more oil and are longer, making it easier to reach the filter from the top.

yup. oh-well. i wash my engine more then i do the car. so i guess it doesn't really matter. :shock:
