Whats the min Computer specs to run software for romulator

There is a guy that I know that is selling a couple of older laptops for cheap 50 - 100 bucks. What kind of windows and processor will work.

Here are the specs.

laptop 1 ($75) : compaq armada 7400, 10gb harddrive, p2-300, 64mb ram. floppy drive

Laptop 2 ($50) : compaq armada 7400, 6gb harddrive, p2-300, 64mb ram, some hinge damage, floppy drive

Laptop 3 ($100) : acer travelmate 514T (510 series), Celeron 466mhz 128mb ram 5gb harddrive, some cracks near hinge, cdrom, floppy drive

Would any of these work.

Someone correct me on this first part, but I think win 98 will work fine for all software you need to do it. There fore any of those will work fine. I'd avoid 2000 on it, that might be painfully slow.
