  • new gauge set up

Bought a Subaru WRX gauge pod after seeing it in my buddy's WRX. I knew right away it would work in my car. Moved 2 of the 4 gauges off of my A pillar. Gave me another gauge spot as well. I think it looks much better now. Wiring went down the dash slits/vent on top of the dash. Easy job. Kinda pricey for the gauge pod though. $48 shipped.

AAAHHHHH! How do you drive with all those Eyes staring at you? LOL

Hey I see you have an safc, You should do a write up on that. I've never seen one done for the safc. I know you gotta get the potentiometer TPS but what else is involved? I know people have done it before but i've never seen the write up.

At night I get a sun tan from all the lights inside. lol

Write up you say? I guess I could except I didn't install it. But I can ask my buddy who did install it. Then do the write up. Same with the AVC-R, I didn't install that either.

Yeah the AVC-R is just a boost controller though. Not very interesting. But a couple people are running the SAFC's but I have yet to see a write up on how to do it.

Dammit! I need one of those little collars that goes over the back of the quick release wheel like that, the thing that hides the guts behind the quick release. Mine didnt come with one.

Ya Darren's gauge set up is much nicer than mine. I gotta get him to make me one of those some day. His whole car is immaculate like that. Darren you need to post some pics of your engine bay.

I have to say, that is possible the coolest dash setup I have seen.

Cough up some e-bay pics, if the dash is that clean I can only imagine...

Is that the Jet steering wheel?

                              Exactly what I want.
