Is there aftermarket clear 87-89 headlight?

when i get pulled over the cop is gonna be more focused on the smoke and skid marks than my headlight lenses

I actually bought some cheap EBAY lights like that for my car. They're cheese, complete crap quality... But the lighting its self is actually ...tits!
I have them pointed way down as I dont want to be 'one of those guys' who blinds everybody.

Both lights seem equally focused in the proper direction, no flickering or anything, they look nice in the car.
I'm happy for 30$
