Whats the lever with Floor Vent written on it supposed to do exactly? You can see it located in this pic with the white writing just above my neon. (Dont worry I took them all out. :P) Matt's doesnt seem to have one. :?

Does it let unheated/uncooled air to your feet or just some normal vent air? What's the purpose of this over just selecting the 'mixed' button on the dash? I always wondered what that thing did.My beloved Z:1987 2+2 NA2T w/30a swap.
