help with computer

i'm not sure if my computer is dead.

when i switch it to check engine codes it does not work right,

both the lights are blinking at the same time.

what the hell does this mean?

i took the computer out and looked at the board and its in good shape. there are not any burn marks.

Doesnt it mean there is nothing wrong if they are both blinking at a consistant speed?
