I know this topic has been beat to death, so please bear with me, I searched and found a lot of information, but not a complete answer. I picked up what I thought was a good deal on a set of "New OEM 88-89 Turbo, Shiro" injectors with rails and all on e-bay a couple of months ago.
Now that I am ready to install, they aren't exactly what they are supposed to be. They are low impedence (2.6 on all I checked), dual feed. The part number on the side is A46-000001, which all the resources I find seem to indicate is a Z31 turbo injector and the correct flow of ~250cc. The plastic is a translucent color, with 2181 a Nissan emblem 6X and 23 molded in. I assumed an 86-87 turbo injector, until I looked at the plug. Current injectors, current and replacement harness (replacement harness listed for all Z31-Z32) have offset center clips on the plug. These new ones have a centered clip.
Anyone know what these are really for ?
I think I can use them with resistors and trimming the center clip, but it is a pain to buy what you think is drop in, then have to start hacking.
Thanks,
Jason
