    i have been doing a little research into rebuilding turbos. i figured i really needed to learn more about them since i am coverting my car over to one and wanted to rebuild my T3.

    so heres a couple links for reading.

    i also found a good place that sells rebuild kits.

    the seal kit is $45

    the complete kit is $78

      Personally, i'd rather get it ballanced properly than trusting my eyesight or notching skills for ballancing.

      100,000k rpm is too fast for error.

            i don't know a lot about turbo. i have had them on a few cars. but when i start something custom, like to know as much as i can before i get deep into a project.

              Its definitely good man!! One guy around me blew three turbos this summer turboing his crx through the hmt.com ways.

              Turns out he didn't acknowledge his oil return was too small :shock: oops lol
