  • Electric water pump

Has anyone here seen or contemplated putting an electric water pump on?

Would be keen to hear thoughts on this idea.

Hell I'd probably do it if one was made... I don't know if anything would be a direct bolt on though. $$$ =D

not uncommon in the s30/s130 crowd, downsides are lots of current usage (=big alternator) and a little added weight (=25lbs)

i`ll have to go through all the flyers I collected but there was a company at the PRI show that had a nice, small, inline pump that looked like it pumped a good amount of volume.

25lbs? ehh.. how is that? You would think losing the pulley and *metal* pump would lose weight, or at the bare min stay the same. I hear you on the amperage.

I think you may have to leave the pump there. But you could gut the impeller out of it and the pully off of it.

Terrible idea putting those wheels on...
