Wouldn't better low to mid be smaller on the inside?
I belive that a larger plenum is better for low to mid power. The large reservior of air acts as a sort of capacitor for fast off idle responce. A smaller plenum is aimed more at topend power.
SATAN, i think wassman meant smaller diameter piping, not overall volume.

It's the same intake. I am not cutting it apart even if I had the proper tools. It's a 88-89 W engine and they had a lot of them laying around at the end of the z31 cycle. The m30 is the bastard red head child of the z31 as if that would be imaginable
It's a drift car, a VIP car, a wondrous mix of all the worst attributes of an s13, z31 and R31 skyline, just waiting for you to turbo the shit out of and scare people back into the 80's. And you can pick up people at the airport with it
