I am in the market for a new motor  .. and I would like to get a vg33 built... My question is, from what I read you need to swap the vg30 crankshaft ( does it have to be a "w" series) , the timing stuff IE. cam gears, vg30 water pump etc... Also you need to drill the block for the turbo oil feed ... did I miss any thing???? please help any advice from those who have done the swap ... I will be very grateful 8)

There are few other things needed. Check out some of the prior posts, they should answer your questions. If you still have any, pm or email me. I build these motors all the time.
