engine #'s ?

can anyone tell me what year this motor is? the # stamped into the block has a VG30 then 062752A
i have tried the dealer and a local machine shop with no luck.

that motor # was swaped in a year ago and has a watercooled turbo on it . just trying to figure out what year its off of.
