  • porting stock T3 O2 elbow

What is the best dremel attatchment to bore out the openning in the stock T3 exhaust elbow? I need to bore it out a little since my stock housing was bored to fit an O-trim exhaust wheel. Now I need to match the elbow to the new bigger diameter exhaust wheel.
    Any pics?

Use a dremel conical stone grinder.

I used the large grinding stones meant for harder metals, and I remember having to use a lot of them. I forget the part number, but you should be able to find them at home depot.

Dremel is too slow. Use a Die-grinder with a carbide bit for steel

Agreed, but not everybody has a die grinder and bits for steel. The only burrs I have are for aluminum, and my air compressor is a joke :-(

I had to stop every few minutes to let the air pressure build back up.Would've been alot faster if my compressor was a little better.
