does anyone know the stock ground clearance from the bottom of the front lip on 87-89 to the ground? Stock ride height, without blown suspension =)

Check the FSM. In my 85 manual on page BF-7 & 8 it gives the height. It isn't exactly where you are asking, but you can figure it out.
For the 85 it shows a range if 406mm to 456mm. From the top of the bumper....and how much HP do you have at 0 boost -
so it appears that 88 FSM has a measurement from the bottom of the front bumper (not the lip) of 14-16inches.Lance 'never-ending 88na2t project' Landry
