I like these Gram Lights & LOVE these other wheels. Too bad the grams only go as wide as 9" & the other ones don't come in 17s.

        Work VS-KF...perfection.

        made to the customer's specifications.

Why only 17's? Cost or visual preference?

I wrap my paper weights in glitter.

Car is mostly used for track days. 17" tires cost less, 17" wheels weigh less, 17" wheels cost less. (usually) I might do 17 fronts & 18 rears but I think 17s all around will do it.
Wheels pictured are nice. Love the big lip. Found them online. I want to see what "Burning Black" looks like. It's one of the finishes.

I want polished lips & 5 flat black spokes.
Do you mind split spokes, or prefer solid spokes?

Well here is something else to think about...consider the fact that you can run 275/40/17 tires on 17x9 wheels without an issue...the only sizes larger than that (at least in terms of street tires) are the 285/40/17, 315/35/17, and 335/35/17...once you hit 315 you require a 10.5 inch wide wheel minimum. This of course has no bearing on comp tires as you can pretty much get most of those in any size you want. It really is a shame nobody makes a 295 or 305 for 17" wheels. Guess I'm stuck with my 285's as nobody makes a 17x10.5 or 17x11 that I care for.

I really don't like split spokes. Starts looking busy & is much harder to clean.
I'm liking these a lot Either silver or burning black. No chrome for me.

I really like these Motegi Touge. But they don't come in 17x10s. I'd have to get 18s. Offset for the 18x10s is +30. The search contines.

Well after checking into the tires I want to run (Yokohama ADVAN A048s & Michelin Sport Cups) it looks like I will be shopping for 18" wheels. None of the track tires I looked at come in 285/17 but they do come in 285/18. Also for the fronts the tires I want don't come in 265/17s but they do come in 265/18s.

Those wheels are hot. But 17s won't cut it for me it seems. The track tires I want only come in the sizes I want in 18s. I imagine the HREs come in 18s too though.

Big money for those HRE's but they sure are perty. Did you try Work Meister S1-3P wheels? Also around $600-$700 each

No but seriously I understand your concern about a particular tire of choice...I wish I had your money...you're talking about almost $1200 in tires right there. That's almost as much as I spent on my wheels and tires combined. Provided you have the means though those ADVAN A048s are supposed to be AMAZING tires...they are just expensive as hell is all.

Well you gotta pay to play, right? At the track tires are everything. You just can't do track events on street tires.

I'd really like to keep the price of the wheels to $500 or less for each one. My Boyds "only" cost about $350/each. But they are heavy & my fronts are only 8" wide or I'd just keep them & get tires.
