Damn, well, I butchered one bushing...blast those instructions, they didn't mention anything about the outer sleeve.

    FreeLance,
Each plate is spot welded to the Z31 subframe on three corners. I used a pneumatic cut-off wheel on the welds and a flat-head screwdriver/hammer to pop them off...real quick and easy. And the cut doesn't have to be pretty b/c you'll tack the plates on in the same manner.

Did your subframe bushings come with any instructions?
I Saw on someones personal site, they got instructions with them that said to re-use the big-ol washer (minus the little rubber on it).
I of course read this after I installed mine, minus those washers.
I don't think it will make much of an impact at all, just curius.

Those slots need to be 90* to the cross member or your toe will change
          as you adjust the camber.
Also you will need the inner bushing sleeves that go with the adjuster bolts. Without them you will have to either drill out the ones you had or
grind the bolt slimmer to fit them.

By the way, that is one cherry a$$ z you've got there.

              Coilover Install

This is the way the car sits currently. I may go with a softer setup and that will allow a the car to go a little lower, but overall I am happy with the ability to tune the car with the coilovers.

              Front 600lbs/in

              Rear 500lbs/in

Great for track days, but very uncomfortable on the street.

So I lied...the car is back on its own weight without me addressing all those issues I wanted to correct. Basically I just did a complete poly bushing overhaul and added 4 piston aluminum Z32 brakes to the front of the car with SS lines...oh, and the camber adjustment. I am moving to another state this week...when I get there I'm going to address the rest of those issues...btw, my dampers are shot!

Today I had the car aligned and wanted to share this with you guys:

                FRONT (Left/Right)
                Toe: -0.07/-0.07
                Camber: -0.5/-0.0
                Caster: 6.3/5.8

                REAR
                (Left/Right)
                Toe: 0.38/0.06
                Camber: -1.8/-1.4

The rear driver side has issues... The mechanic and I spent a good hour trying to get better numbers for that corner. The toe adjustment was maxed out and couldn't get any closer to 0.0 while the camber adjustment would only range between -2.5 and -1.8 degrees. I was disappointed that I couldn't get better results after all that work. The rear passenger side is great but something's up with the driver side.

What do you all think? What kind of results did you get from your camber mod? Maybe my rear left tire was whacked against a curb to mess up the trailing arm?

If you want the best setup soon to be available you could wait for the coilover kit for the Z31 that is being built thanks to Butter. I believe it will have full height adjustability and 15 way dampers. Not sure on the spring rates yet.
