100 miles to a tank!?!?!

I replaced the fuel sending unit as described in one of my above posts. the best I managed was 257 miles to the tank.

HMMMM......have you checked the injectors for resistance readings? If out of spec they can do all kinds of crazy shit, like stay open too long or all the time, or not even open at all.

Does the car run rough at idle? If so check for air leaks, timing, etc
Does it have a really rich smell to it while driving? check fuel pressure or injectors, also the MAF

It would really help if you had a wide-band O2 sensor to see what the car was doing during driving, like lean/rich or crazy shit at low end vs high end.
