O2 Sensor Light Issues

So I replaced my O2 today, and reset the sensor light according to this

The problem is my light isnt going off. The little spring in the relay behind the glove box pops out the moment I put the ignition on(Engine not on)...
The O2 is brand new....

Ok so I think this has something to do with my center gauge pod not working (GLL).
It went out a while ago when my battery connector became loose. It blew a fuse in my fuse box, so I replaced those recently, but it didnt fix my gauge pods.
Now I'm thinking they both have something to do with eachother.

I'm gonna check out the FSM wiring diagrams....if anyone could help or know whats going on. I'm thinking there is another fuse somewhere that blew.
