GLL AUTO A/C DASH AIR FLOW PROBLEMS

Hey Guys, My dash air controls are starting to act up. When I run the A/C, air comes out of my defrosters and center outlet atop my dash and very little out the facial vents. I have done my best to search for any vacuum leaks and haven't found any. Is there any way to by-pass all the other vents and just have the facial vents flow? or is there an adjustment I don't know about?

try checking the actuators above the steering column under the dash.
