To remove mine all I do is loosen the nut towards the end of the shaft, keeping the socket and extension on it I pull on the wheel while lightly tapping on the extension with a hammer. Works every time.

What's the best tool to remove a MOMO steering wheel hub?
I know I need a steering wheel puller but what kind is the best to use? Any pics would help.
I usuually just give the steering wheel a couple of yanks and it comes off but it doesn't wanna budge.
