Everyone should have input on these rules. Please reply here with additions or suggestions! Just like the mission statement below, we want this set of rules to encompass all of the ideals the forum is built upon. A forum represents a community of people with common interests, and the forum rules and guidelines should encompass all of the ideals the members believe in.
Forum Rules:
1. Make your best attempt at using correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling. We all want to understand what you are trying to say, but if you don't speak English well we understand you are making an effort.
2. Please post in the proper category. If your post has multiple questions, post it in the category that more accurately fits the questions at hand.
3. No porn or obscene material may be posted directly on the forum. NO EXCEPTIONS. Porn is defined as obscene writings, drawings, photographs, or the like, esp. those having little or no artistic merit.
4. Be respectful and kind to other members. Use Tact in your conversations and debates.
5. Do not allow others to use your account. Each individual person should have their own username so people who who they are talking to.
6. Please use the private message function or e-mail to contact other members instead of cluttering up threads. I have more than tripled the local storage for PM's so don't be afraid to use the system.
7. Please limit your personal signature size to something reasonable. If you think we would question it, then it's probably too big. Remember, not everyone has a 24" widescreen monitor. It's set large for those who want to put nothing but text in their signature.
8. No posting of any type of SPAM or useless posts with seemingly no purpose to them. This includes posting or PM'ing any form of a link which is used to make money, gain some kind of points or otherwise benefit the person sending it.
9. In the performance forums, the subject line should at least somewhat accurately describe the subject of the post. Posts with useless subjects such as "Help" or "Broken Crap" are not allowed.
10. One account per user. You are not allowed to have multiple accounts. You are to be known by one username in which your reputation is built from.

"The purpose of Z31Performance is to exist as a solitary haven for true Z31 performance enthusiasts. This community is dedicated to keeping itself constituted of helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest people with both knowledge about and a passion for the Z31 300ZX in all respects. This Z31Performance forum exists as a solitary pillar; it is the gathering place of this community. A humble non-profit administration exists for the express purpose of regulating that gathering place, but not to enforce their individual will upon the community as a whole."
Z31P Warning System
Z31performance.com now has a warning system. Some of you are aware of this as you have received them. The way the warnings work is this. If you do not follow the site rules found here, or if you are just being an ass all together, you may be warned.
After you have received 5 warnings, the moderating team and Admin's will decide if you get permanently banned or not.
Some of you may feel that you are getting picked on. This may be the case as each moderator is only human. This is why after your 5th warning, the entire team will decide if you get banned or not. It is not up to one individual.
This is not up for debate. This is just the way it is now.
