A few missing parts for my automatic to manual swap
Upon going back through the list of parts that I need to complete my swap, I noticed that I'm missing 3 parts, and was wondering if they are absolutely needed. I've circled the parts here:

I feel completely stupid for looking over them when I was stripping my parts car.
Also, the only other problem I'm having is the "doughnut steel ring" mentioned in the "How-to" guide on Xenon's site ( http://www.xenonzcar.com/z31/autotomanualswap.html )
Any tips on getting this thing out? I've seen people use a slide hammer, someone mentioned jamming a socket in there that just barely fits, and then packing grease in there to push it out....but it definitely has been the hardest part of this swap so far. I bought a cheap slide hammer, but can't seem to get it to clamp down well enough to be effective. -

they are needed, especially the starter side, as otherwise the starter will be destroyed by the flywheel. I have quite a few avail, just let me know.
easiest way I have done that ring, with a hammer and chisel, walking it out, hitting rearward angle on one side, then the other, and it just popped out.Damn dirty angels....these cars!

Under the cover - THE BANANA… that needs to be re-energized.

Do you happen to have all 3 of those parts? Not sure how to pm someone on here, but I'm absolutely interested.
Hammer and chisel, eh? Thanks. I'll try that for sure. -
