The Main Difference Between Europe and US Z31´s ?

i am a bit confused, on the american website´s you can everywhere read that the prefacelift have stock boost of 6/7 psi and the facelift z31 only have 4/5 psi …
    BUT i got in my stock facelift 89 Z31 (EU-model) 6/7psi ....
also i found out that the pov will open at 8psi, and in the eu-fast you can find only one part number for all Z with this one valve, and in the us-fast 2 different partnumbers for (pre-)facelift model´s .. does someone have more clearly true comparison between us and eu models ?

engine ecu and cam´s is also not the same

Our 88-89 had the higher compression W-series turbo engines, with the the increase you didn't need so much boost for the same power, and they shrunk the turbo

Lower radiator outlet is different than USDM cars.

You mean the upper hose at radiator is different due to an angled fitting, whereas US cars have a 90* "L" shaped fitting.

I saw photos of some of the Euro-Spec Silicone Radiator Hoses made for the Z31 on a USDM car - there was a glaring kink in the lower hose that caught my attention.
I guess it took my attention from the upper and I'll need to find those photos again.

I'm not sure if you would call it a euro thing or not But i had a Cast Iron Non turbo side manifold that has the cast in boss for the EGR but no hole or thread tapped into it. I personally have one car that did not have an O2 sensor in it as the the downpipe was the same situation as before, the boss was there but no hole or threads.

At least for the EGR, it's because Europe and Japan have very different emissions laws than the US. That and different crash ratings are why a lot of the really cool EDM and JDM cars never made it here.

the euro z list that i know:
1- different cam for the engine
2-it has an aluminum radiator core + the upper radiator inlet is different than other z
3-the differential have a cooler with electric pump for it
4-the dash gauges are different reading 280 km on the speed gauge
5-it have a fog light in the center of the rear light

that's what cross my mind now

I'm pretty sure I read here somewhere that the last couple model years of the EUDM Z31 had some sort of primitive ABS system too.
