Turbo hood scoop: Where to mount?

I have a turbo hood scoop and I am mounting it on a hood that did not have one. Does anyone have the exact measurements of where to mount this? (Length from the front/back of hood and the length from the edge of the hood.) Any help would be appreciated. I have an idea of where its supposed to go, but I want it to be as exact as I can get it to factory specs. Its an 84, but I'm not sure if that matters. Thanks. -Chris

If nobody responds by tomorrow evening, I'll hit one of mine with a measure, and give you the placement specs!

I been thinking about doing the same thing. I remember seeing a thread with exact measurements for scoop location on here but can't seem to find it anymore.
