There is ALWAYS a price to play …

    If you want a copy-cat car .. get a Honda, z32, z33, z34, etc …

It's one of the advantages of having a car that ISN'T mass supported by the aftermarket. Goodies can be expensive.

That air dam will cost you atleast $600 shipped though. Heads up. haha
Wow .. I've never had issues with MSA .. they've always treated me good.

As for the Kaminari air dam. That was my point .. the "full louvered" air dam ISN'T on their website.

I intend on buying this air dam - but at the same time I almost want to make something custom/one off.

Cut the louvered section out, make the sides of the mouth vertical, and you have something prety damn close to the Paul Newman car.
Don't forget to shave the license plate thing (which nobody here has done before!).

nothing wrong with trying to spend less for a front fiberglass knock off.
i do deal with real namebrand rare parts as shown in my thread but cant see myself spending 600 for a fiberglass valance that might get damage.

Thats cool. More awesome for me. I'm going to be spending ~$600 on a fiberglass air dam/valance that *will* get damage.

I just ordered the louvered front and the matching rear valence and intend on shaving the front plate as well. Should look killer on my 86t. I cant wait.

By the way, the part number for lip kit which includes the front louvered and the matching rear for the 86 300zx is KA30300. It was just over 700 shipped.
