Is it high quality

Yes, it appears to be high quality. The enter piece is aluminum, nice and straight, no droop or anything. The side pieces are fiberglass, also seem to be well made and very light. I got the wing from Steve Berman at 300zxparsforyou.com a few years ago so I don't know exactly how old it is. I love it. There are however small gaps on the inner sides of the side pieces that don't quite fit tight to the body… that may have something to do with my car being an '86 and the wing probably was meant for '84/'85 but I don't mind too much.
