Seeing how that you can install Z32 diff cover by making the threaded holes in the Z31 unit larger and making a custom mount bracket this Greddy unit should work.

Nissan Egg just told you the mods Required

I am sure the Greddy Diff cover bolts up and fits just the same as a Z32 NA Diff Cover as all of those nissan covers have the 120mm bolt spacing on the studs at the back

There is even a write up in the How To Section that explains all of this.

Z31Parts/RUSS 84 NA's v2 diff mount can even be adapted to work.

so the 2 mounting studs that come off of the cover at the top might be spaced different than a stock 88t diff? thats all i can come to..?

you dont need to enlarge the threaded holes in the Z31 diff housing.

you just need to get 10mm to 8mm hole spacers/sleeves from mcmaster-carr so that you can reuse your 8mm bolts.
it's the same thing people use when they go from 12mm holes in their R200 Ring gears when bolting it to the 10mm holes on the r200 differential carrier.

here's a lazy link to the write up.
