Odd Output Shaft on trans…help needed

Ok, I have a project that was going smoothly until now (I know, that is everyones story on projects…lol). I am attempting to squeeze a VG30 into a 66 Fairlady Roadster. I recently purchaced the trans that used to be in 1SICKZ. The outputshaft on the trans does not match any stock driveshaft I have so far. The ID on the trans output shaft is 32mm where the input on the driveshafts are 30mm. The driveshafts I have tried so far are from an 87 2+2 NA car and an 85 2seater turbo (both 5sp). I have tried to pull up research online on driveshaft specs and have gotten nowhere. I am open to suggestions, any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Al

The easiest way to do this would be to include a picture, most of us can ID a tranny visually with ease. Based on what I know and process of elimination you have tried: a 71c driveshaft and a 90a (T5) driveshaft. 30a trannies are stronger and have larger output shafts than all other trannies, so that would be my guess.

I too have a 1sickZ tranny and it is a 30A. As far as I know, he only used the 30A transmissions in his car. You will need to find a 87-89 Z31 Turbo driveshaft for it fit into the trans.
