Unfortunately sometimes the right shop is more expensive, but they get it done right the first time and not necessarily ignore what you say, but educate and work with you. That's why I like the machine shop I went with. Surely they don't know the VG SOHC like I do so I can answer a few questions here and there, but they sure as hell know what they are doing when it comes to what I'm paying for. This place actually calls me every time there is a minor/major issue and ask me how I want to proceed rather than making decisions for the customer and just working ahead.Usual Z31 suspect: Garage Queen (aka broken)

Theoretically yes, with regard to PERFECT balance. But no drive shaft (or rotating assembly on a car for that matter) is perfect.
