Dropping Resistors to run 72lb injectors on my SS
I know 6-10 ohms are ok to use as long as they are 10W. I've read several threads to educate myself but the more I read the more I worry. Lol. I hate doing electrical stuff but it has to be done.
My question is this, I typically see people running 6.8ohm for 450cc injectors But my injectors are much larger, should I go with a lower ohm or with 10ohm resistors??
3 local shops I called today do not carry 6.8ohm but they do carry 10ohm. What do you guys think??Shiro #562

High impedance, high flow injectors are common enough just save yourself the trouble and select the corresponding impedance.
Trust me, i just pulled the resistors and rewired the EFI harness this weekend going from low -> high impedance. -
