Parts list to go full-AN on the cheap
Cheap is subjective.
this utilizes some of the fittings included with the ASCO fuel rail kit.
mileage may vary, adjust needs for your setup

I've spent more money trying to go cheap on AN fittings for my set-up than buying the right parts. I've got a mixture of fragola and summit AN fittings. The summit 90*'s seem to work better than fragola for PTFE. Some of the other brand steel fittings stripped the threads out so easily.Usual Z31 suspect: Garage Queen (aka broken)

I've sourced mostly summit fittings due to their widespread use and reviews. Some adapters they do not produce which led me to other mfgs items.
They attach easily with the aeroquip line, the black on black gives a really nice low key look.
Never had any strip on me so far, they really don't need much torque to seal. Haven't brought the system up to pressure yet. -

The PTFE can be a pain in the ass. You have to leave some braided hose at the end for the ferrule to tighten down on the hose, thus causing it sometimes difficult to tighten and possibly strip out. In my experience at least…I tried 2 different brands of PTFE hose, summit and another and it gets the job done, but unless clamped properly you are 100% bound to leak.Usual Z31 suspect: Garage Queen (aka broken)

After reading into the PTFE and associated fittings there were many reports of exactly what you say - LEAKS!
the StartLite is not PTFE and does not use the same fittings or have the same issues as PTFE line assembly.
It is more expensive but the ease of assembly, reduced weight, and lack of being leak prone should offset anyone considering StartLite vs SS PTFE
I've got a few scraps if you'd like to play around with it, believe me you will never go back!
Here is a PTFE fitting, basically a toilet bowl water hose: http://www.verociousmotorsports.com/PTFEHoseCut_1
Here is the fitting StartLite uses, which is much more reliable and considered 'true' AN: http://image.fourwheeler.com/f/34193…%2Ban-fittings -

My bro did it better on a 200SX for like 30 cents bro.
In all seriousness though. I used Aeroquip socketless line and fittings. Looks good and works well. Though it is a bit pricey. -

The Aeroquip ones are pretty dope, they are definitely the bees-knees in the biz as far as quality
so besides Z31P layout gurgling bawlz and not letting me edit post, here's an edit again due to a missed a fitting

That's basically my exact set-up. Using a Nos Y for the feed from single -8 to twin -6.Usual Z31 suspect: Garage Queen (aka broken)

i'm satisfied with the setup, and will hopefully be pressure testing it this weekend - if i have the time, readjusting NisTune and maybe firing it up again!
