honda tuner and a PLX widebandMy car has never ran correct, It starts ok, 1st and 2 gear ok, I tried to tune it by ear, I was screwing around adjusting nistune for hours, days, mouths.
I really did not want to spend a Grand getting it tuned at the dyno shop.
So I found some kid (23) on craigs list says he tunes honda with a e-prom mod and a tune with his portable wideband.
I called him, I went to his apartment. We installed the wideband he looked over the program. He corrected a few settings in the map we drove around about a hour and a half, James tuning the lap top. Damm my car runs bad ass, smooth clean, 4th gear hard pull, no hick-ups. Im so happy 6 months later after installing lots of mods and Nistune my car is cool now.
 This kid is good.

. . . and the lesson here is to not try to tune your car without all the equipment necessary to do it right, to include a wideband 02 sensor.1984 300ZXT
