No smog on the Z31 in New Hampshire either
Restore it, Don't crush it. They don't make them like this anymore.

Why wouldn't this work for an 85-84 ?

    https://thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/15-6015 MSA 3-2 Header, With Smog Fittings, 86-89 300ZX Non-Turbo

    Code: 15-6015
    Price:$339.97

The rather expensive exhaust gaskets required for installation to the heads are included. This header configuration is for original 86-89 300ZX Non-Turbo only. Includes threaded fittings for the EGR Valve and Oxygen Sensor*.

There may be a difference in the O2 sensor that would prevent it working. Nothing a weld shop couldn't fix mind you…

no you can change the O2 bung ( 12mm or the other ) … ( 86 brought in the egr hole so I'd need to plug it for my 85 )
