VG30det exhaust port size?

As the title states I'm looking for the factory vg30 exhaust port size. If anyone happens to know? I don't have my vg motor anymore to measure myself. I'm looking into building some manifolds.

Perhaps he should invest in mls exhaust gaskets, if the tolerance is good on them, they should be slightly larger than the ports, and would be a good starting point?
