Will these restore my front suspension geometry after installing ST lowering springs?

I never found a need to run them with ST springs Tim but if you feel like they changed the handling characteristics then give them a shot.

Word is that anything with a 1" drop or more will benefit from them.

The V2 spacers are at the machinist. Come to think of it they have been "there" for awhile. I will have to call him again and see where we stand.
Here is what the prototype is like:

Yeah, that's right. We talked about them months ago Russ.

Yes. The prototype is the one that is on one of my race Z's. I will check on the progress tomorrow and see when they might be ready. Like most parts for the Z, there is never enough interest to warrant a large run so getting them done is kind of "fitting them in" between other profitable jobs.

These are supposed to help steering feel/response too right? (lowered 2.75"). Coilovers get here Monday.

Look under your car at the front control arms. If your car is lowered then they are probably tilted so that the point where they attach to the front crossmember is lower than where they attach to the ball joint. The stock setting should have the control arm slanting down to the outside where they attach to the ball joint at about 4 to 5 degrees.
Using a bump steer spacer lowers the outside end of the control so that it is closer to what it would be with the car sitting at the stock height, this makes your steering geometry work better so your car handles better.

Was there a cost that was come up with? I'd like to get two sets pending they don't completely break the bank...

This thread has most of the information about the V2 bumpsteer spacers.
                            viewtopic.php?f=12&t=24763&hilit=bumpsteer+spacers
I just talked to the machinist and he is begging out of the project as he is currently booked up through 2012...nice dilemma to have. come to think of it I can remember the pre Obama days were we were booked up with kitchen remodels for several months in advance.
Anyway he is going to set me up with another machinist that does more small projects. We will get together one day next week and try to have a date and price for the V2.

So any of you who are interested in a set let me know. As I said before the more I can get done in a run the less the cost will be.

It would come down to price for me i would be down depending on the final cost i'll set some cash aside for this
