    Center console repair.

I thought I'd post this bit about console cover repair option from a company called Dash Cap.

Its a snug fit and did not need to be glued on.

I thought I would weigh in on this. I contacted my Nissan parts guy to find what OEM Z31 center console lids are still available. Below are the part numbers, along with their color and availability (as of 5-8-15):

    96920-21P00 ("G" code - gray) - No Longer Available
    96920-21P01 ("C" code - brown/tan) - 1 in the US; 24 in Japan
    96920-21P02 ("A" code - red/burgundy) - 2 in the US; 23 in Japan
    96920-21P03 ("B" code - blue) - No Longer Available
    96920-21P04 ("T" code - black) - 13 in the US

Current list on all available is $119.30, but discounted to $89.48 at www.factorynissanparts.com

I did this so those that assumed they couldn't get them anymore, could.

Greg, are all the "tans" the same? IIRC, the later tans did not go well with my early year tan.

Maybe not. The original part number suffixes (which have all been superceded by the current part numbers) are as follows:
    96920-01P00 (gray)
    96920-01P01 (brown/tan)
    96920-01P02 (red/burgundy)
    96920-01P03 (blue)
    96920-16P00 (50th AE/black)

There may have been some minor cosmetic or color changes between the original parts and the current.

Is that a hard cover or does it have a little cushion to it? Those seats look like they are in amazing shape, did you have them redone?
