Can ANYONE shine some light on my tranny swap

been spending the last few days swapping trannys between both my Zs.
i had an 86 na with a 71c and a 86t with a t5, the t5 was giving me problems so i decided since i drive the 86t more to drop the t5 into the na and the 71c into the 86t.
SO FAR, the t5 is in the NA and it starts and runs fine, and the 71c is in the 86t.
now my 86t just wont crank. anyone know what that may be?
all i know is that when i turn the key all my efans and everything turn on but as soon as i put the key to crank the fans stop and no cranking or nothing.
i plugged in one of the 2 plugs on the tranny but i cant find where the second one goes.

does anyone know where i can find the other end to the second plug(the drivers side plug) or maybe something else it could be?

please, any help is highly appreciated.
    thank you

If I were in your place, I would consider looking at the starter first.

I did, there was some little plug you slide over a metal piece on the starter, that was it, it started right up, thank for the input tho, if i wouldnt have found it, you would have tipped me right to it
