FOG Light Burned out, Where the fuse for them?

5 days ago it was raining hard in Laredo TX by my work and passed over a large puddle, and my FOG lights stop working.
I've tried looking it up online and couldn't find anything helpful.
Some were saying that its connected to the Headlights.
I checked with a fuse tester in underneath the driver side and couldn't find any burned out.
I checked my engine bay but my stickers from the plastic fuse cover are removed/peeled off.
So I cant read them to see what's is what's…

NOTE: I turn on my lights and they work, but when I click the button for the fog lights.
The button doesn't light up to indicate that its "ON"

Have you checked the bulb filament?

First off, I doubt it's your bulbs, if they both stopped working at the same time. Add to that failure of your fog-light switch dash light going out.
Nissan refers to fog lights as Auxilary Driving Lamps, and the relay is labeled as such. Under the hood you will find a cluster of fusible links and relays in an arrangement as shown in the link below --- try and locate the one for Auxilary Driving Lamp and check it.

Did you check the FSM already? What's the problem?
