Name This Electrical Connection

I found this electrical connection unsecured and dangling near the passenger side of the fan shroud. It looks like its coming from the vacuum pump. I haven't seen this type of connector before. Can anyone identify it?

That's the level sensor for the coolant overflow tank, or at least what's left of one.

LOL, indeed.

This is another Z I am working on, and I have fixed a lot of broken things the P.O. neglected. However, I am still finding things. He even left a CB radio coaxial cable just dangling in the engine bay with a fat piece of putty stuck on the end of it.
