Well, yeah maybe, but i took the weather stripping off the top of the firewall, and put a couple washers in between the hood and hinges to vent a little better

It'd cut the heat by a bit. Any heat coating would help, forcing the heat down the pipe to an extent.Turbo Rotories… 60% of the time.... they work every time.. -

So instead of heat shields, I just wrapped the manifolds and crossover pipe in header wrap. Also i rubbed red hi temp silicone all over the wrap, because they recommend their silicone spray but it's stupid expensive . pics in the morn.Turbo Rotories… 60% of the time.... they work every time..
